Women’s Health Seminar“Alternatives in Menopause Therapy” and “Listen to the Whispers: Alerting Women to the Subtle Signs of Ovarian Cancer”
Wednesday, November 19 at 7:00 p.m

Watson’s is pleased to present an evening of speakers focused on two important women’s health issues: menopause and ovarian cancer. Natalie Rivier of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition will begin the evening with an overview of nutritional and natural treatments for menopause. Scott Watson will follow with a discussion on bio-identical hormone therapy for menopause as an alternative to hormone replacement therapy. The evening will end with a presentation by Wendy McBride, a volunteer with Ovarian Cancer Canada , on how to recognize the subtle symptoms of ovarian cancer. Fight the Flu: Flu Shot Clinic

A study published this fall suggests Ontario's universal flu shot program saves 300 lives a year and averts 1,000 hospitalizations, 30,000 emergency department visits and 200,000 doctor visits a year. On Saturday November 22nd, Watson’s is pleased to offer a complimentary flu shot clinic. Call 613-238-1881 to reserve a spot.
